We want you to shop with confidence. If an item is not the right fit, you may request an exchange within the stated return window, as long as the item meets our policy requirements.

Items we accept

To qualify for an exchange, products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. Some items, such as final sale or personal care products, may not be eligible.
