WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

Its Never Happen

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Partial Payments

• We accept partial payments for certain orders.

• Please note that partial payments are non-refundable after 1 hour of order placement, as our products are specially handcrafted and prepared on demand.

• If you wish to cancel within 1 hour, you may request a refund of your partial payment. After this period, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

Delivery & Missed Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• If the package is not received within these attempts, the order will be returned to us (RTO).

• In case of RTO due to missed delivery attempts or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges if they wish to have the order shipped again.
